How long is the lease?

Our standard lease is for 12 months. At the end of 12 months, you will have the option to renew for another 12 months or convert to a month-to-month lease.

What is the parking situation

Your unit will come with either one or two parking spots, in our gates parking lot. There is convenient street parking. The street parking is permitted, therefore only residents are permitted to park in the street overnight and street parking is convenient. You can easily get a parking permit from the city with a copy of the lease and a small annual fee.
